We operate a credit system for everyone who helps with setting-up and packing-away the track.
When you help to set-up or pack-away, you earn a credit towards a free race night.
General Friday Night Timetable:
17:00 Doors open and setting up begins. All help is much appreciated to help us get going on time. No practice is allowed before round one.
18:00 Booking in opens. Please pre-book to guarantee a place.
18:25 Booking in closes.
18:30 First heat on the line, and racing beings.
21:00 Racing draws to a close. As with setting up, all help with packing away is much appreciated.
21:45 Pack-up complete. Countdown to next week begins!
Membership:
Although not essential to race at WBMCC, club membership gives you cheaper race fees.
Full BRCA membership is however essential to race at WBMCC events (like all other BRCA affiliated model car clubs in the UK). Beginners are allowed to participate in 3 race meetings without a BRCA licence. Once you have a BRCA licence, you should bring with you to each meeting you attend in case it needs to be checked.

Racing Membership: £20.00 (for full year) / £10.00 (from 1st September)
Social Membership (for non-racing club members): £5.00
